Monday's Internet Edition, September 08, 2008. New bannister installed.... A new bannister has recently been installed at the Clark Hotel Historical Museum where once the rotted remains were. The new bannister was installed by Mike Stewart back before Christmas. It is a nice addition to this proud old building, a historic landmark and site of Culberson County’s very first offices.
