- Washington, DC –Congressman Ciro D. Rodriguez (TX-23) will host the next “Congress on Your Corner” with members of the Van Horn community this Friday, January 30, 2009 at the Culberson County Courthouse from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
Congress on Your Corners are community office hours open to the public that allow constituents to meet one on one with Congressman Rodriguez so they can share their ideas, concerns, and give feedback.

In last weeks issue of the Van Horn Advocate, we had two photos on the front page with an incorrect caption.
The photos of the Brewster family and the Uranga family should have shown that this years livestock show was dedicated to Rolan Brewster and Chuy Uranga.
